Why this exists

Working for yourself in Germany means registering a business, getting a tax number, charging VAT, sending invoices, paying a tax adviser, and covering your own health insurance every month whether you earn anything or not. When we employ you, all of that goes away. You do the same work for the same client, and we take care of the rest.

The paperwork you skip.

How it works

1

You sign up, add your project and invite the client.

2

We send the client an offer and they say yes.

3

We write your contract, you sign it, you start.

4

We bill the client and pay you a salary, with tax, insurance and the usual deductions already taken off.

When the project ends, the job ends.

What you need

✓You are allowed to work in Germany

Any status that lets you take a job in Germany works. We can’t get you that status, and a freelance visa won’t do, but once you have it, we handle everything else.

✓You have a client

Someone who has agreed to a job with an end date, a company or a person, in Germany or anywhere in the world. We don’t find clients for you.

What you get

You get a payslip every month, which is the document landlords and banks here ask for. Your health insurance comes out of your salary the same way it does for anyone in a job, so there is no separate bill. You get sick pay after your first four weeks, paid holiday for as long as the project runs, and you build up unemployment cover while you work.
