Factofly works best for people who already have the legal right to work in Germany.
During a project you are formally employed by Factofly. Between projects there is no active employment contract. Because of this, Factofly cannot guarantee continuous employment of the kind required for certain visas or residence permits.
If your residence status includes specific conditions around employment, you should check whether project-based employment fits your situation before using Factofly.
